Who we are
Caruso’s Coffee Roasters have been roasting and blending high quality coffees since 1982.
Their vast experience with both private label and full brand development has solidified them as experts in the coffee industry. The founders have expertise in coffee trading and hedging strategies as well as raw material and packaging procurement.
Embassy Park Advisors has 75 years of collective private equity and CPG food company experience.
It was cofounded by Paul Smucker Wagstaff, former President of the J.M. Smucker Company with Jeff Boyle who has over 30 years of capital raising and M&A experience as a banker, operator and investor.
Green Day is a Grammy award-winning, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inducted Punk Rock band.
In addition to selling out stadium tours, band members Billie Joe Armstrong, Tre Cool, and Mike Dirnt are entrepreneurs in multiple industries, including consumer packaged goods.
These three teams, together as Caruso Brands, have most recently collaborated to launch Punk Bunny Coffee, a high-energy coffee brand based on Green Day’s long-time mascot.
They have also helped develop an incubator program to help brands and clients bring their products to life, with full-service marketing, logistics, sales, and DTC operations. The company is keenly focused on brands that are struggling with the overhead cost of taking a product to the next level.
